Two of the most important sources of assistance for your clients with disabilities are the Social Security Administration's disability programs--Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). These programs provide monthly cash assistance and eligibility for health insurance (Medicaid and/or Medicare).
The Social Security Administration (SSA) and the Colorado Disability Determination Services (DDS) will be providing a three hour training on Friday, November 13, 2009 on the Social Security's Adult Disability Programs. Topics that will be covered include:
