Refunds are made on a case-by-case basis.   Written material, such as HIPAA Forms, Practice Standards Manuals and Legal Notes are not returnable.   They are all available for preview at the Chapter Office prior to purchase.   Defective material (i.e., missing pages or a diskette that does not work) will always be replaced. Refunds for workshops not attended are made for true emergencies (i.e., illness, car accident)   Weather-related delays or cancellations may or may not be refunded, based on the situation.   If you determine ahead of time that you are not able to attend a workshop that you have already paid for, the first relief is to find someone else to take your place.  If that is not possible, then a partial refund may be available and handouts may or may not be available to you.  There will always be a minimum handling fee of $10 or 20% that is not refundable.
