Public Protection through Licensure Social Work licensing falls under the Mental Health Licensing Section of the Division of Registrations within the Department of Regulatory Agencies ("DORA") There is no automatic reciprocity.   Anyone with a license from another state who desires a Colorado license must complete the License by Endorsement Application and meet the requirements for a Colorado social work license.
